Regional Joint-Control Project for Hazardous Chemical Transportation Safety Monitoring

摘要：

In recent years, frequent accidents caused by cross-regional transportation of hazardous chemical in China have brought substantial losses to peoples lives and property. The article analyzes major problems in Chinas safety monitoring for cross-regional transportation of hazardous chemical and describes current situation of cross-regional transportation of hazardous chemical with the Yangtze River Delta as an example. Furthermore,progress, detailed methods and suggestions for establishing regional joint control project for hazardous chemical transportation safety monitoring has been presented as well to provide reference and consultation for construction of similar projects in other regions like Pearl River Delta region and Circum-Bohai-Sea region, etc.
