Telecom Materials Inventory Management Based on Inventory Classification

摘要：

With the ever-changing dynamic environment and the aggravation of the market competition, market competition is increasingly reflected in the competition between the supply chains. To adapt to this competition, we must continue to reduce inventory costs and enhance service standards.In this paper, telecom materials are classified based on the structure of Inventory Cost, then,according to these problems and the different characteristics of telecom materials, a variety of inventory management policies are put forward, which can both cut down the inventory costs and improve the service levels.
