Sustainable Development of Energy Guarantee System of China Eastern Region

摘要：

After the analysis of coal-centered and oil-and-gas-centered energy development modes, this paper points out that diversified energy supply will ensure China Eastern Region reach the economic development goal of average developed nations level in the middle of 21st century. In order to realize Eastern Regions energy, economic,social and environmental sustainable development, a sustainable energy guarantee system is established, including eight internal units and six external operational environments.It is an environmental-conscious, market-driven,multi-level, diversified open system. This paper illustrates the strategic actions of Eastern Region energy guarantee from three perspectives, i.e., diversified supply, diversified consumption and optimized structure.
