The Application of Refined Grey Comprehensive Evaluation Method to Assessment of Venture Capital Project Manager Competence
According to the job nature of the venture capital project manager (VCPM), this paper analyzed the contents of VCPMs competence. An index evaluation system then was established based on the elements of competence of VCPM. To evaluate the VCPM competence, the paper proposed the grey comprehensive evaluation (GCE) method based on combination weight. In this method, firstly subjective weight is calculated by analytic hierarchy process (AHP), and objective weight is calculated through information entropy. Secondly, the weight coefficients of the two kinds of weights are calculated after solving a mathematics program. Thirdly, weighting the two kinds of weights can get the combination weight.Lastly, this combination weight is used in GCE method. The application of the method shows that it is practical. The result of evaluation could make the objective evaluation information utilized and meet the requirements of decision maker.
