Relationship between enterprise competence and innovation based on system dynamics model

摘要：

This paper describes a model that relates innovations development to enterprise competitiveness.Two relevant concepts are presented: the enterprise system of innovation and the enterprise competitiveness.The innovation portfolio includes technological competence, finance, market, and capital distribution. Basing on the view of dynamic capability and knowledge management, this paper is to analyze the structure of technological innovative capability and the paths for enhancing it. The proposed model combines both concepts. Since the technology-based firms are an important part of the economy, its development contributes to enhance the enterprise competitiveness.The proposed model is based on the dynamics systems method and includes four enterprise systems:production, investment, employment and human resources education. The results show differences in enterprise indexes like high and medium qualified jobs,competitiveness.
