Optimizing Equipment Cost Structure Based on System Dynamics
System dynamics methods are used in this paper to establish the causality picture of the equipment cost structure and to analyze how the mutual relationship influences the equipment development among the 3 costs, which are the scientific research cost,the purchase cost, and the maintenance cost. Dynamical methods of the Structure Optimization toward equipment .cost are put forward and validated. Result shows that system dynamics is very effective in evaluating and optimizing the structure of equipment cost.
