SD approach applied in water resources planning-A case of Qinhuangdao city
Based on the completely analysis of water resource in QinHuangdao, the paper develops a system dynamics model for water system simulation of the city for analysis water supply-demand balance and forecasting the tendency of the planning years. According to the sensitive degree analysis, the paper present two alternative design. Through comparing the simulation results of the two design, one of the two designs is found more reasonable for the sustainable development of QinHuangdao, and some science gist in making policy about water resources sustainable use is provided as well as coordinate development between economy and environment mode is presented for the target system.
