The Evolutionary Game Analysis of Decision-making for Strategic Alliance

摘要：

With the development of economy,the boundaries of enterprise become blurred increasingly. The Strategic Alliance has gradually become an important mode in Cooperative Corporation. Cooperation replaces competition in the Strategic Alliance, but cooperation has condition. In this paper, based on the enterprises evolution of the decision-making mode. Use dynamic replication method in Evolutionary Game, establish a evolutionary game model for strategic alliance decision-making. Research corporation decision-making mode in strategic alliance. The results showed that, eventually, enterprise evolved into a kind of decision-making mode,depends on the initial manager of proportion that choice of a particular mode of policy-making, this ratio and the way he chose this game has relations with revenue.
