Culture Conflict and Integration in Organizational Change
The key issue in a successful organization transformation is to resolve the conflict and make a syncretization in different cultures. By a Literature Reorganization, the study course and main achievements in research of organization transformation and organization culture transformation are analyzed and summarized in view of organization culture.Finally, some possible research areas and directions in Organization Transformation,Organization Culture and Dynamic Evolutional Mechanism are proposed
