摘要：

Among information industry, information service has become an industry whose speed of development is highest and its new efficacy is largest. It is a great and complexly social and economic system engineering. The paper uses the theory and method of information service industry and large-scale systems,according to the chief objective of coordinate developmental of information service industry and rules of information service industry large-scale system and its correlative environment, discusses the large-scale system control approach of coordinate developmental of information service industry, builds the corresponding mathematical model, evaluates, forecast and controls the present and future of coordinate developmental of information service industry, and then finds the factor which is out of line, researches its countermeasure,provides reference to decision-making for the government.
