Analysis on the Characteristics and Motivations of Transnational M&A in China

摘要：

After Chinas entry to the WTO, the emphasis of Chinas absorption and usage of foreign investment transfer gradually from only Greenfield investment transnational M&A. This thesis analyses the characteristics and the motivations of transnational M&A in China from two points of view, one from foreign enterprise,and the other from domestic enterprise.
