System Dynamic Simulation and Policy Testing of Coal Industry

摘要：

This paper applies system dynamics approach to probe into different coal policies influence on coal industry by setting up the coal supply and demand model.The result shows that optimizing the structure of coal market, constructing sound investment environment, and defining the property right of coal resource are very important for the industrys development. Meanwhile,reducing coal enterprises tax rate has little influence on the profit rate of the coal industry and the fluctuation of the coal supply.
