Study on Motivational Mechanism of Enterprises Green and Sustainable Innovation Based on Institutional Structure

摘要：

The concept of enterprises green and sustainable innovation was introduced and its motivating function was discussed in this essay. Aimed to construct a suitable motivation mechanism model of enterprises green and sustainable innovation, this essay analyzed both the existing motivation model of technological innovation and the existing motivation model of sustainable innovation, pointed out the defects of these two existing models. Motivation model of enterprises green and sustainable innovation was raised, which,compared with other models, highly emphasis the importance of institutional structure. This essay classified the institutional structures into two categories:internal and external, which both influence enterprises green and sustainable innovation motivation. The internal motivation factors include formal institution and informal institution arrangement while the external motivation factors mainly consist of national innovation system and regional innovation system. All the factors that influence enterprises green and sustainable innovation motivation were discussed.
