Chinese Government Has Been Committed to Building up Intellectual Property Culture

摘要：

Starting from the conception of intellectual property culture , and combining the influence that the traditional culture exerts on the intellectual property culture of our country,this paper points out that it is a lasting, difficult and important task to construct the intellectual property culture . Chinese government will play a dominant role in constructing the intellectual property culture , by the means of public policy of intellectual property, large-scale publi ci ty and education and the administrative enforcement of the intellectual property. Chinese government will exert itself to fost e r and develop the intellectual property culture centering around creating, respecting and protecting the intellectual property right.
