Some Suggestions for SMEs Recruitment
This paper focuses on the SMEs recruitment in China. After a clear understanding of the importance of SMEs to our society and economy, we hope SMEs can develop at a good pace. But the absence of right human resources becomes a big obstacle. This paper concludes in four problems, they are(1) most of SMEs have a week HRM basis; (2) they cant find out the rights employees; (3)not all of them know how to retain the existing employees;(4)some managers have realized the importance of the training system, but others not. In order to solve these problems, this paper recommends four suggestions which are easily to take and will have a good effect. These suggestions include: the managers learn more about HRM;know about the employees thoughts regularly;recruit part-time members or interns; build a sound mentor system. These suggestions are very easy and costless, but if the managers can keep them in mind, there will be a big progress in human resources.
