A Supply Line with Integrated Plans and Strategies

Nowadays, key performance indicators and their relationships have become a hot topic in supply chain study, and System Dynamics and Supply Line are one of the most effective sets of methods and models solving this kind of problems. On the basis of System Dynamics and Supply Line, this paper proposes an improved supply line with plans and strategies integrated. It analyses the general procurement process, involves requirement,adjustment, demand, order and inventory in the body of the main line, recognizes every important plan in procurement work as a definite variable, and applies every popular purchase strategy into stock and flow models.By doing this, simulations work good and show right results on the output and strategy.
