A Study on the Human Capital in the Urban Innovation System

摘要：

As the competition among regions around the world becomes fiercer, improving urban innovation capability is the important and effective way to enhance national competitive advantages. Knowledge, production, innovation and diffusion of technology are all closely connected with human capital. The capability and effect of urban technological innovation and diffusion have been greatly impacted by urban human capital, its structure, flow, accumulation and allocation, and institutional factors which affect the investment of human capital.
