The Application Study of Rough Set and Fuzzy Neural Network on Science and Technology Evaluation Expert System for China Coal Enterprises

摘要：

Based on fuzzy set theory, rough set theory and fuzzy neural networks method, the expert system for China coal enterprises science and technology evaluation was established. The knowledge was represented by making use of the fuzzy set theory, and knowledge preprocessed by using rough set theory, the network training samples were formed by the pretreatment. After the training of the network, the expert system was applied to science and technology evaluation of Tiefa mining bureau, and the system can give us a clear view of science and technology level of the bureau and the situation of every index, which provided useful suggestions to science and technology investment.
