Decision Analysis on Multi-task Optimal Incentive Intensity based on the Equal Compensation Principle
Based on the Equal Compensation Principal, under the analysis framework of Holmstrom and Milgrom, this paper sets model of multi-task optimal incentive intensity when the agents efforts on different tasks are substitute. Factors that determine the optimal incentive intensity and their correlations are discussed. From the analysis, a principal of multi-task incentive intensity is concluded.Results drawn from the model have some values to research on multi-task incentive decisions.
