Application of Improved AHP in Heilongjiangs Ecological Province Construction Progress Evaluation
This paper established the index system of Heilongjiangs ecological province, adopted the Real Coded Accelerating Genetic Algorithm AHP to evaluate index system of ecological province construction. The comparison matrix was firstly constructed on basis of experts investigation questionnaires, MATLAB7.0 was used to design procedures to determine the relative important weight value of the various elements in various levels, and to transform comparison matrix consistency checking into the non-linear system optimized question.Standardization treatment of zero dimension was conducted on the ecological province construction indexes by means of the threshold value method, based on the comprehensive multi-index evaluation method to calculate each index. At last, according to the indexes, the ecological province construction progress was evaluated and analyzed. Case study showed that this method is practicable, all indexes were basically completed at the starting-up stage of Heilongjiangs ecological province construction. Heilongjiangs ecological province construction has gained the stage achievement and promoted the sustainable and comprehensive development in Economy, society and environment.
