A SD Approach on Quality Education in Class Room Environment of Management Schools

Student teacher relationship in class room environment of Management Schools is very important for Quality Education and often ignored in the teaching process. Eye to eye contact, building the subject interest in students and no dis-crimination among students on the basis of race, gender and religion are the winning elements for a quality education. In third world countries, male teachers have more interaction with male students and female teachers find themselves comfortable with female students under the influence of their cultural, social and religious norms. Another important dimension that affects the quality of teaching is the attitude of non-serious students that make teachers de-motivated, less involved and indifferent in class room environment that not only affects the class room discipline but as well erodes the quality education. Our objective is to understand the symptoms that generate these behavioural patterns and what policies are likely to improve the class room performance through effective teaching process. This mental model reproduces the behavioural patterns to which the experience refers. This paper attempts to explore the underlying feedback structures which help to improve the effectiveness of teaching process ensuring the quality education in class room environment of management schools.
