Regional Indigenous Innovation Capability and Its Characteristics under Knowledge Management Framework

摘要：

Under knowledge management framework, the regional indigenous innovation capability is a systematic concept; It is one of the constitutional factors of regional differences.The regional indigenous innovation emphasizes on innovation actors spontaneous pursuit for profit and benefit usually by providing products or services to markets, thus it has obvious utilitarianism. However, the regional indigenous innovation capability is the media to filter the instability of the regional indigenous innovation because of its utilitarianism ,and its path training is concerned to reduce the regional innovation cost . Research on the characteristics of Regional indigenous innovation capability is the basis for further study on its growth paths.
