Evaluation of Extension Theory based on Hierarchy House of Quality
This paper presents a novel evaluating method combining the extension theory and hierarchy house of quality.Extension engineering is the subject aimed to exploit the innovating rules and method. The evaluation matter-element model of the product is set up oriented to customer satisfaction and this new method is brought forward combining the qualitative and quantitative factors. First,the weights of each guideline in the matter-element model are achieved through hierarchy house of quality (HHoQ). Second, the relating degree is calculated to get merit rating to evaluate chosen schemes. Finally, a case is used to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method. It can be shown from the research that it is feasible to confirm the weight of evaluating guidelines and the result gained from this new method is much more reasonable and convincible.
