A Case Study of Enhancing Scientific Research Capacity of Institute by SD-Modeling
Based on a case study of an instructional institute, we propose a rate-variable fundamental in-tree SD-modeling for enhancing scientific research capacity, and simulate four administrative strategies with the SD-modeling. We suggest that the policy on introducing high-quality teachers is great important,while attention should be given to issues like enhancing scientific research capacity of teachers, add the funds for scientific research, improve the rewarding system, and the like.
