Simulation Analysis of Policy Factors about Chinese Village Manpower Shift Based on SD
This Article analyzes the importance of transferring surplus rural labor in China at new period. According to the actual situation and the need of model movement, it defines six level variables, builds a model of system dynamics with the theory of rate-variable fundamental in-tree. Taking two groups numbers for the regulative parameters separately, by way of simulation, it proves that if investment in agriculture and rural education is increased, the rural labor forces education time will be raised, then the quality of peasant will consequently be improved, and the transferring of rural labor be promoted.These are important measures to resolve the San-Nong issues. And through these measures, it is possible to realize the goal of constructing comprehensive well-off society in the countryside of China.
