An Optimization Approach for Transportation agent selection
-The selection of transportation agent is a multi-objective, non-structural optimal decision problem. In this paper, an approach based on back propagation neural network (BPNN) technique to the problem is provided. Satisfactory agent is subject to some factors: The service quality, cost control, market development, and the cooperation mode. On the basis of these factors,an evaluation index system is established. A mathematical model based on these factors and an algorithm based on BP neural network are then presented. In the end, a case study is carried out to illustrate the validity of approach developed in this paper.
