Economic Evaluation on Tourism Sustainable Development System Based on Cost-Effectiveness Analysis Model
Sustainable development has become one of study aspect focused on by domestic and oversea scholar. Its theories and measures have been renovated incessantly. Cost-effectiveness analysis (CEA) is the method to differentiate and measure economic effectiveness and cost of system in order to achieve the best utilization of systemic resources and carry out sustainable development. With the leading role of humans objective actions , tourism is an complicated system consist of many factors such as economy, resources ,environment and social culture and so on ,which act, permeate, influence each other.It includes the meaning of achieving the level of maximum of economic profits and the minimum of environmental costs. Thus, it is a sustainable development system consists of regional tourism economy, resources and environment. Based on the systematic analysis of CEA, the article establishes an index system for evaluating sustainable development of regional tourism system, and put forward an evaluating model of CEA in order to offer a new method for tourism sustainable development.
