Research on Corporate DNA
Based on analyzing the characteristics of biology, using the analogism method, this paper presents the characteristics of corporate DNA; based on the characteristics, analyzed the mistake of the corporate DNA research; discussed the contents of the corporate DNA, and believed the corporate DNA is composed by four parts,namely the corporate system, the corporate culture, the adapting mechanism to environment,and the internalization form of the corporate related theory, rule and legislation; discussed the double-chained structure of the corporate DNA;analyzed the relations of the four DNA chains and the similarities and differences between the corporate DNA and biology DNA.
