Supply Chain Partnerships Maintenance Management
Core enterprise is now making more and more concentration on coordinated partnerships in supply chain, and supply chain partnerships maintenance management (SC-PMM) is an effective means to confirm cooperative relationships. The definition,operational advices, and the character of trust-core were firstly proposed. Then,classification model of supply chain partnerships based on degree of trust was proposed, on the basis of extending meanings of degree of alliance and analyzing assurance factors of cooperative relationships. Thirdly,multi-viewed analysis on supply chain partnerships maintenance management carried on from the view of partnerships lifecycle,multi-stage responding time in supply chain,supply chain partnerships in China, trust crisis,and build-to-order supply chain strategy. Finally, several valuable research problems in the area of supply chain partnerships maintenance were outlined.
