New Characteristics of Modern Management
Nowadays, one of important characteristics of scientific research is its study paradigm conversion from mechanism to organism. An obvious example is the rising of systematic science and a series of complex science. The synthesis of these thoughts and theories are called general evolution or systematic self-organization evolution. For a long time, mechanistic materialism view of history and Newtons absolute reason-result rule have confined mans idea. As a kind of substitution, this evolving pattern acquaint us to that: we should rethink everything that coming about among us according to random changing and complex circumstances from relative, as a whole, and proceeding perspectives.On this basis, this article tries to depict the basic features of the new paradigm on contemporary scientific management study, starting from current complicated business surrounding. The basic features can be described as follows: from planning-controlling to self-organization,harmony project to making crises, adaptation to common evolution and certainty to chaos etc.
