Selecting pivotal indexes of real estate system using the system core

摘要：

A method is given to select pivotal indexes of real estate system with system core theory and gray correlative analysis. By the method, its can get several pivotal indexes which describe the real estate system, use these indexes can simplify the process of real estate research. Its also take real estate system of Wuhan as an example to testify the validity of the method.
