Chinese EPC Enterprises Strategy Based on New Compound Commerce Models

摘要：

Energy performance contracting (EPC) is an international kind of advanced energy control pattern and a new market-oriented operation energy conservation mechanism. It has already been prompted largely in developed countries. However in China, it faces both with advantage of policy support and, with disadvantage of weak technology level, project financing difficulty and not sufficient society cognition. We make a SWOT analysis on EPCs development in China firstly,then present two new compound commerce models based on the studying of EPCs original commerce models,design a strategy for Chinese EPC enterprise and discuss an example at last. Developing Energy performance contracting (EPC) will have a great effect to bring down Chinese environmental pollution pressure.
