Trade-Off Analysis for Armament Demonstration Alternatives

摘要：

Armament demonstration needs the system engineering management theory to optimize the performance, cost, schedule, and risk. Based on the theory of decision making and tradeoff study, this paper defines the tradeoff analysis for armament demonstration alternatives. The tradeoff analysis for armament demonstration is an analytical method for evaluating and comparing demonstration alternatives based on the criteria defined by military experts. It is an important part of the armament systems engineering process and armament simulation acquisition process. It defines the whole process of make decision amongst demonstration alternatives and gives a set of methods that can be used to analyze quantitatively.So the figure of process flow is drawn and the key ten steps are described in detail. Besides, some simple but useful quantitative methods are introduced. Finally, the important signification of this research and the application prospect of this method are illuminated.
