The SD Model of Large Companys Human Resource Planning

SD modeling method is an all-around and cross subject, widely-used in many fields, such as zoology, goods-transport,regional economy study. The article emphases on the interrelation between HR structure,quantity, performance and expense. On the other hand, we have analyzed the performance increasing from training, prompting, enterprise culture, perspective and personal developing chance. From the simulating effect, we believe the article is a helpful sample in SD study of HR Planning.
