Impact of Banking Opening-up on Economy

摘要：

How foreign banks entry will affect host countrys economy and banking deserves to be discussed.Theoretically, the effects of foreign banks entry focus on two aspects. One is the effect on host countrys economic operation, namely the economic growth effect. The other is the relationship between foreign banks entry and host countrys economic stability, namely the economic stability effect. Based on an analysis frame in neoclassical economics, this paper has discussed the differences between different types of banks and has constructed a mutual competitive model for banks by comparative static analysis. By this way, this paper tends to probe into the possible changes caused by foreign banks entry in host countrys banking and economic operation efficiency from the influence mechanism aspect.
