The Status, Problems and Trends of Chinas Porker Supply Chain

摘要：

Recently, Chinas pork prices surged,increasing the peoples cost of living. The most important reason is that the structure in raising pigs of china is based on the backyard farmers.And that also cause the chinas porker supply chain inefficiencies with many problems such as the lack of pork security, suppliers inadequate capacity, sales channels can not be controlled and the whole supply chain can not be traceability. In the future, with the large-scale farming are more and more, the upstream and downstream points will be changed violently,so the whole supply chain efficiency will be enhanced. There will have two new supply chain models in the future. With those models, the safety and quality of pork will be assured from the source, and can be traceability. And the pork prices will also no longer sharp fluctuations.
