A Study on Management Strategies of Large-scale Companies in Producer Services Based on the Perspective of System Integration

摘要：

The idea of System Integration is increasingly applied to the management of large-scale companies in Producer Services. Its remarkable characteristics lie in resources coordination, branches collaboration and management synergies. In order to rapidly response to the changing demands from different costumers,the Producer Services companies have to integrate inside and outside elements by constructing borderless organizations. A new operational system of self-evolution and constant- transformation is coming into being. It greatly enhances the core competitiveness of companies in Producer Services and maximizes their overall interests. And it helps to achieve the goal of sustainable development.
