R&D Project Cycle Management Research--A Comparison of EU-China Project Activities

摘要：

How to manage the S&T fund effectively and regulate the management of public technology program and improve the effectiveness of the fund is the practical problem facing with the technology management department and many technology staff. Based on the survey on the experts and summarizing the related information, especially based on EU FP management and Shanghai China project execution, this study analyses the key factors which influence the project process. We hope the results of this research can help Chinese technology management department to improve technology program project management methodology.
