Logistics demands analysis and forecasting is the important gist to confirm scale,number and layout of logistics parks, in logistics parks programming. Logistics demand is a derived demand, which is rooted in economics development. Therefore, it is important to consider the local economics development and make scientific and systematic analysis and forecasting of logistics demands during logistics demands programming.
