Construction of Harmony-Keynoted Legal Systems in China

摘要：

Harmonious society demands construction of Chinas legal system march to harmony. Through three stages of development,the construction of legal system in New China has made such great achievements as the preliminary formation of socialist market-oriented economy legal system, the initial establishment of authority of constitution and law as well as Chinese governments fortified transformation into a rule-of-law government. Construction of Chinas Legal System Keynoted by Harmony is still shouldering heavy responsibilities in the long run.
