Interaction between Industrialization and Informatization and Application of Two-wayControl Models

摘要：

Nowadays, most developing countries are speeding up) the processes of industrialization, while informatization has become the development goals in many developed countries. Whether those developing countries can effectively enhance the informatization level in the processes of industrialization, which will have great bearings on implications for many important issues like whether those developing countries can increase their overall strengths, elevate their international competitiveness at a high speed and achieve their long-term, stable and sustainable development. This paper preliminary explores the interaction between industrialization and informatization, the related basic connotation, and the application of the two-way control models to achieve the Interaction control between industrialization and informatization.
