Intervention Analysis Model and Application to the Evaluation of Information Systems

摘要：

The accurate quantitive evaluation to the effects of the information system is difficult,in this paper, proposed the time series intervention analysis model to evaluate the information system which regarded as an intervention event to the firm; the demonstration results indicate that the time series intervention analysis model can not only evaluate effects of the information system accurately, but also the economic efficiency of the information system which can be used to estimate the payback period of investment, and it can simulate the impact of the information system (intervention event) exactly and predict the coming data which can make contribution to the decision-makers.
