Dynamics of Quality Services as Perceived by Students of Higher Education in Pakistan
Research was carried out in order to determine if a relationship existed between the student perception of quality of services provided to them and student satisfaction. Our research participants were the university students who filled the questionnaire designed to measure student satisfaction according to Malcolm Baldridge quality criterion 2005. The results suggest there is a major balancing loop between student satisfaction and an effort to meet increased student service demand, but because there is a delay in the system, the effort will trigger various loops in the system that brings unwanted policy effects.
