Current Status of Stereolithography Resin in Japan

摘要：

Big advancement has been done for stereolithography resin. We can already line-up variety of resins influenced customer need. Among them CMET TSR-821 has been well accepted by its durability and mechanical properties generated by special sea and island structure. Near future we will reach to ABS performance level and will also get to high performance engineering plastics. Stereolithography will be used for direct manufacturing machine by using newly developed resins, and changes the method of manufacturing. Environmentally safety materials, such as antimonate-free will be also needed for prototypes.
