Studying the Risk Management of Venture Capital Process

摘要：

Venture Capital has the characteristics of high risk, coming from technical risk, market risk,finance risk, management risk and environmental risk. From the aspect of risk management, the risk mainly comes from two aspects, which are Venture Capital companies or Venture Capital funds, and the High-tech industries where Venture Capital is invested in. After analyzing Venture Capital process,this paper points out that the rule of high risk and high benefit is the theoretic foundation of Venture Capital; the Venture Capital process is the process of risk recognition, risk management and risk control; the key point of Venture Capital process management is risk management and risk control;adopting efficient risk management insures the success of Venture Capital industries. Basing on these, this paper also puts forward some policies to prevent risk and control risk.
