NC Milling Technology of Patternless Sand Mold

摘要：

New casting processes and technologies are needed to save energy, materials and to reduce consumption with resource-economical and environment-friendly. NC milling sand mold process has been developed in many countries recently. The process characters could be described as digital, precise,flexible and green. The NC milling sand mold is an important way to achieve the casting process automation, flexibility, agility and adequate for single, various and small-batch casting part manufacturing.
