RISK BASED DYNAMIC INTELLIGENT MAINTENANCE SYSTEM FOR PROCESS INDUSTRY IN CHINA
On the basis of probing into the target and cost, strategy and manner, architecture and management of the advanced maintenance for process industries, this article proposes a optimum maintenance system mode- the Risk Based Dynamic Intelligent Maintenance (RBDIM) system, and systematically studies risk based monitoring and maintenance, digitization, intelligentization and networklization of monitoring system, fault systematical diagnosis, radical maintenance and dynamic intelligent maintenance decision-making system. RBDIM has been realized in petrochemical company with remarkable effects by developing and building the Maintenance and Safety ensuring Integrated Information (MSI) system based on service-oriented architecture (SOA).
