Creditability Choice Mechanism of Strategic Alliance: Game Analysis of Short-run Cooperation

摘要：

Most theoretical studies always take honesty, commitment and trustworthiness as the main themes of creditability of strategic alliance,but the connotation of it hasnt yet been widely accepted.Former game analysis briefly presents payoffs under different creditability strategy profiles, but does not focus on the effect mechanism of creditability to the stability of alliance, and repeated game analysis conceals the accumulation effect of creditability, the simple discount calculation of the benefits does not conform to the reality of the gain and the income assignment of the alliance. The paper defines credibility of alliance as a production factor for maintaining cooperation, and takes the anticipative cooperation cycle as a game analysis unit. And then this thesis probes into the effect mechanism of factors which impact choice of credibility level during the short-term cooperation. And finally the conditions have been put forward to maintain the stability of alliance under different situations.
