Studying the Fragility of Chinese Financial Ecosystem based on Sensitive and Reactive Band Boundary Theory

Taking advantage of ecology and Sensitive and Reactive Band Boundary Theory, we propose the Sensitive and Reactive (SAR) model of financial ecosystem. Utilizing the SAR model of financial ecosystem,we investigate the problems lying in the current Chinese Financial Ecosystem (CFE) and find that neither the growth of the original system nor its exterior environment is perfect, which result in the fragile ecological situation of CFE.Furthermore, considering the influence of various macro-regulation policies on the fragility of CFE, we construct the model of the fragility evolution and governance about CFE. We also analyze the fragility evolution process of CFE in recent years based on the fragility evolution and governance model. In the analysis process, we focus on sensitive and reactive phenomena in the gradational band boundary of CFE. Simulation about the evolution of fragility under various regulation policies shows that Chinese current regulation policies have limited effect on decreasing the fragility. Chinese macro-regulation power should be intensified in the future.Whats more, the pertinence and executive power will be valued much more.
