摘要：

It is a magnificent goal of development in the partys governance and rejuvenation of the country to build harmonious society. However, the cost of building harmonious society cant be neglected, at present we face a huge stress with the structural change in economy.Refer to the evaluation system in socialist harmonious society, analyzing the cost that we build harmonious society, and under the present development condition,realizing the minimum cost and maximum benefit both are studied important problem in building harmonious society.
